These Terms of Service apply when you access, browse or use workelle.lol, interact with WORKELLE, or place an order through our store.

Orders and order acceptance

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an address issue after placing an order, contact WORKELLE as soon as possible so we can review what options may still be available.

Returns, refunds and order issues
If you need help with a return, refund, damaged item, incorrect item or another order issue, contact WORKELLE with the relevant order and product information.

These Terms do not create a fixed return period, refund guarantee or replacement promise beyond any rights or terms that are separately provided for the relevant order or required by law.

Stop using a product if it appears damaged, unstable or otherwise unsafe and contact WORKELLE if you need product-specific support.
Acceptable use of the website
